Usually your order will arrive within 7-21 business days. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee how long shipping will take, as this also depends on your local postal service. Some countries are really slow.
All CD's are sent by USPS First Class Mail/Air Mail and shipped from the US. (Except from our limited edition Vinyl CD's, they are shipped from the EU.)
We ship out within 3 business days after your order being made.
All other merchandise (clothing, stickers, gadgets etc.) are shipped from the EU.
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail after an order has been placed and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. We will also submit you to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time
Downloadable albums are available instantly after your purchase (except from pre-orders). The files can be downloaded within your "My Ambi World" account, or simply by clicking the link in your e-mail.
CD's will be shipped in cellophane wrapping and a bubble envelop to prevent against broken cases. Unfortunately it does happen that CD's arrive broken, as postal services aren't that "friendly" for our envelopes. In case of any troubles please contact us by e-mail. Ofcourse you can decide to replace the case by one you already have. This would be really appreciated as we try to keep all costs as low as possible and replacing + shipping a new empty case will cost us a lot of money.
Once an order is placed on planetambi.com we are unable to change or cancel the order. Please note, planetambi.com is not responsible for typographical errors made when placing an order.
Placed orders cannot be refunded.
We do everything to make your Ambi experience as good as possible. Unfortunately things can go wrong at times. Please contact us in case of any problems, we will be happy to help you, and figure out what need to, or can be done.
